If you follow my twitter (which is now open to the public) then you will know that I have bronchitis. I very much wanted to go outside to take outfit photos, but because my husband was worried for my health (since if I get worse I could get pneumonia) I stayed inside. I’m very sorry. My home is a bit lopsided on angles too so that doesn’t help these shots.

I’ve worn this shirt with a few of my outfits but it looks gorgeous with this skirt. I really adore how the skirt is a mix of plaid and gingham – both that I adore!

  1. I love the length of your skirt, I really need more this length but they made me look dowdy. Your body makes them look amazingly elegant!

  2. Aw, get better soon girl! I'm sending virtual flowers and soup your way. Bronchitis is now fun. I had it a few years ago, plus I have asthma, so it's like double no fun. You look lovely though, I adore the shirt!

  11. That is so funny and kind of odd at the same time… I took my photos inside the house (because it was too cold out), and I was wearing a plaid skirt too. What a coincidence! About the top and skirt, I thought I'd go to the braver side of mixing patters once again but with the same tones of red and navy blue. The silk material and the plaid looked sort of festive to me too.I hope you feel better soon! I like that top a lot!

  16. Sorry to hear you are sick. I hope you get to feeling better soon. This outfit is super cute!! Love the gingham and plaid together! I really love both gingham and plaid, but do not look good in either. 😦 I have tried so many clothes in both patterns and I just look weird. I can't even explain it. Oh well! At least I can enjoy looking at other people's cute outfits even if I can't wear it myself!!
