Touch of Motherhood

As a mom, I thought I should post a couple older favorite photos of my two sons from when they were babies (if you’ve been to my blog for a while you know what they look like now. They are 4 and 2 currently).  Mother’s Day is coming soon! I don’t tend to post a lot about my sons because I read up so often about exploited children and victims of human trafficking, that I really would not want my sons to ever be abused in any form. That’s why a lot of the time I delete entries where their pictures have been posted.  However I know I should not be so fearful because my trust is in God to protect them. They are so young that as a mother, I want what is best for them. I know I screw up a lot as a mom and will fail their expectations as they grow older. I can only raise them in the way of Jesus best I can and then hope they will choose to serve Him especially after they make poor decisions (which I know they will, because we are all imperfect).

In case you were wondering about the top 25 Moms with Style blogger results, I didn’t make it. I only got #41 (I believe) but I have been enjoying looking through some of these other great mamas who are on the list!!

My Leto as a baby (he was about a month and a half old here, he was a big baby at birth and always looked older than he was).
