I have received really nice feedback on my last entry and am looking so forward to the kind E-mail offers to borrow people’s clothes. I am really truly blessed by you all for your understanding, support, and help! Thank you!!!!
I participated this week in the talent show at church to raise money for the youth group’s missions trip to Honduras. I played two songs with my husband and one with my friend. Unfortunately the one with my friend bombed at the end because my mic was louder than hers and I did the harmony. She picked up my harmony on the last few lines of the song and couldn’t find her notes to go back and I stopped at one point which didn’t help to try to help her get the melody back. :: hand plant to forehead :: so we are going to record it at my home so you can hear it. One of the songs I did with my husband is here, but my mic wasn’t on loud enough so you also can’t hear me too well. We didn’t record the better sounding song, but we plan on recording that at home soon.
It is rare for my features promoting modesty to not have similar tastes throughout the week, but I think this one is varied enough! I’ve said it before that usually I choose an overall favorite based off of the photo, the outfit, and the uniqueness in the outfit. I loved the DIY portion of Tamia’s outfit, so make sure you check it out to see what she did!
